1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/11/08 through 11:59 p.m. ET on 6/27/08, log on to www.speedracersweeps.com and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the on-line entry form. Limit one entry per person per email address, per day. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 6/27/08 to be eligible for the random drawing.

2. RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 6/30/08 from among all qualified online entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone/mail. Decisions of judges are final. Limit one prize per person/household. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of qualified entries received by Sweepstakes close date.

3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (1) Grand Prize – A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to the 2008 Coca-Cola Racing Reunion in Atlanta, GA. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from the major airport nearest winner’s home to Atlanta, GA; three (3) nights at Sponsor-specified hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); transportation to/from Atlanta airport/hotel/track; two (2) invitations to the Coca-Cola Racing Family Reunion Dinner on 10/24/2008 (with appearances from Sponsor-specified members of the Coca-Cola race team, subject to availability); two (2) race tickets to the Saturday Craftsman Truck Series on 10/25/2008; two (2) race tickets to the Sunday Georgia 500 on 10/26/2008; two (2) passes for track-side Hospitality and Race Day Show with Sponsor-specified driver appearances (subject to availability) on 10/26/2008; breakfast daily for two (2); Sponsor-specified Coca-Cola Racing Souvenirs; and $300.00 USD spending money. ARV: $4,900.00 USD (Air travel may not be available to residents within 150 miles of Atlanta, GA; method of travel selected at discretion of Sponsors and may affect prize value. The actual retail value of the trip will depend on winner's point of departure/return). Winner must depart on 10/23/2008 and return on 10/26/2008. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including meals, gratuities and incidental hotel expenses are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Winner must attend races on the dates specified by Sponsor, which are subject to change, or forfeit prize. Seat location at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All NASCAR rules and regulations apply. If the races are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, winner will not receive tickets as part of prize, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures established by issuer. (15) First Prizes – One (1) videogame handheld console and one (1) Speed Racer: The Videogame. ARV: $159.98 USD each. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.

4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia (“DC”), and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 13 years of age or older as of 4/11/08. Employees of The Coca‑Cola Company and its “Promotional Participants” (i.e. Coca‑Cola Bottlers, Coca-Cola Ltd., Warner Bros. Pictures Ent., Warner Bros. Interactive, Eastman Kodak Company, Cinema Scene Marketing, participating theaters, each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion) and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in same household of each are not eligible. Void in Quebec and where prohibited by law. Not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, mis-communications, failed telephone, computer hardware, software and other technical failures of any kind, including injury or damage to any person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, unauthorized human intervention, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online regardless of cause that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mail. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the online portion of promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the online portion, a notice will be posted online and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination. For purposes of determining eligibility and awarding of prizes, entry will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder”. Any damage made to the website will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the entrant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor in the state/providence of his/her residence, prize will be awarded to winner’s parent/legal guardian. Potential Grand Prize winner (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if any winner is deemed a minor in the state/providence of his/her residence) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Publicity Release Form within 7 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize winner’s guest (or guest’s parent/legal guardian if any guest is deemed a minor in the state/providence of his/her residence) must execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release prior to the awarding of prize. If a minor is selected as a guest, Grand Prize winner must be his or her parent/legal guardian and must sign all necessary documents on minor’s behalf. If any potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, an arithmetical skill question to be administered by mail or phone, prior to being awarded a prize in this contest. If a resident of Canada cannot be contacted and the skill question administered within 15 days of notification, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate selected, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its Promotional Participants to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner (or winner’s parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state/providence of residence) agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its Promotional Participants, and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability arising out of acceptance or use of prize/prize travel. Entrants (or entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is deemed a minor in his/her state/ providence of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize/prize travel. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants (or entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is deemed a minor in his/her state/ providence of residence) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and its Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
